FORM, now in its third year, has quickly grown into one of the largest design events in the Midwest and we are looking for volunteers, interns, exhibitors and sponsors to help make the show a reality. The event will reach an audience of hundreds people from around the country and will coordinate nearly 100 exhibitors, presenters and speakers. Intern or Volunteer

Working as a volunteer or intern will provide invaluable experience in event planning, the design world, marketing and PR and more. Exhibit

Sponsor

We are also seeking individuals, institutions and corporations to sponsor the many facets of the event, from the unique Student Exhibitor Space to the free public Workshops and Presentations.  Sponsorships are partially tax-deductible and help sustain not only FORM, but also The Luminary Center for the Arts, a 501(c)(3) artist resourcing organization that provides support for the creative community.
